How is the first visit going?

First Appointment
• Duration: 40-50 minutes.
• Procedure for an initial osteopathic treatment:
◦ 1. Anamnesis interview (detailed interview to record the medical history)
◦ 2. Comprehensive examination
◦ 3. Treatment
• Bring any medical documents (such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI images) with you to the treatment.
• Clothing: You will be examined and treated in underwear. Make sure that you feel comfortable in it.

Follow-up appointments
• Duration: 40-50 min.
• Procedure for an osteopathic follow-up treatment:
◦ 1. Brief anamnesis of your current condition
◦ 2. Examination
◦ 3. Treatment
• Clothing: You will be examined and treated in underwear. Make sure that you feel comfortable in it.
What insurance do you have?
Privately insured
110€ - 140€
per session
If you are privately insured or entitled to assistance or have additional insurance for alternative practitioners, you will be billed according to the fee schedule for alternative practitioners.
The fee for a treatment depends on the effort involved and is between €110 and €140 per treatment.
- Billing is based on the effort involved in accordance with the tariffs in the fee schedule for alternative practitioners (GeBüH).
- Private health insurance companies, assistance funds or supplementary insurance companies usually cover a large part of the costs in accordance with your personal contractual conditions.
- Recognized professional qualification: 1,5 years of Master studies and 4-year full-time course at Fresenius University (7200+ hours, 240 ECTS), approved as alternative practitioner, member of Federal Association of Osteopathy (bvo).
- Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will incur a €40 fee.
Publicly insured
110€
per session
If you are publicly insured, billing is done at a flat rate. This form of invoice is sufficient for your public health insurance.
- Some public health insurance companies partially cover the costs of osteopathic treatments. Please check directly with your insurance company for the exact reimbursement.
- For cost coverage, a medical referral from a general practitioner or specialist is required, usually before the appointment.
- Recognized professional qualification: 1,5 years of Master studies and 4-year full-time course at Fresenius University (7200+ hours, 240 ECTS), approved as alternative practitioner, member of Federal Association of Osteopathy (bvo).
- Appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged a cancellation fee of 40€.
